Africa Outreach :

Over Spring break we had our Africa 2008 trip. This trip was especially exciting because we took our 13 year old son Joseph. This was his first missions trip to Africa, and our first into West Africa.  This year we visited Dakar, Senegal  We gained access into a village through soccer, shared the gospel at a village whom heard it for the first time.  We saw first time converts and gave them bibles in there own language.  In all we had four services in the villages and outreaches in the evening as we showed the Jesus film in the Woloff language and gave an altar call.  Well over 100 people accepted Christ in one village. We will be able to return with more soccer equipment and bibles in the future.  Your giving to Speed the Light and Light for the Lost provided funds for the materials which made this mission successful  We were also able to visit and stay with our hosts, world missionaries Tim and Kristy Teague.
